Two kilograms of Firebreak Woodsmoked Bacon and Three kilograms of our free-range, pasture roaming pork sausages.

Firebreak Farm’s heritage pigs can roam and forage freely on our pastures, they live their life outside, never locked up and free from stalls. Our pigs are truly free range, they are always free to express their pigginess digging and rooting through the farm.

All of our packs are a selection of cuts delivered in cryovac bags in manageable portion sizes. This makes the packs easy to keep fresh or freeze for later.

Our 5 kg Bacon and Sausage pack is made up of the following cuts;

  • 2 kg of Firebreak Woodsmoked Bacon
  • 3 kg of our famous Firebreak Pork Sausages

    Firebreak Farm provides a range of pasture-raised meats, including lamb, pork, and beef. Our lamb and beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, with no use of chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. Our heritage pigs roam and forage freely on our pastures, they live their life outside, never locked up and free from stalls.

  • High Quality Produce

    We are a family owned and operated farm, situated in the Neumgna district in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and the Stony Creek district.

    We raise quality pasture-fed lamb and beef, as well as free-range pork and poultry, using regenerative agricultural practices.
