One side (half a lamb) of born and pasture-raised Firebreak Lamb.

Born and raised on Firebreak Farm, our flock of Dorper and Australian White lambs graze on a diverse mix of different grasses, legumes and what some would consider ‘weeds’. Our lamb is completely free range, and live out their lives as nature intended.

Our lamb box is cut up into a selection of cuts by our local butcher and delivered in cryovac bags in manageable portion sizes. This makes the packs easy to keep fresh or freeze for later. You will receive all of the cuts that make up half a lamb.

  • Loin Cutlets
  • Spare ribs

  • Shanks

    Firebreak Farm provides a range of pasture-raised meats, including lamb, pork, and beef. Our lamb and beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, with no use of chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. Our heritage pigs roam and forage freely on our pastures, they live their life outside, never locked up and free from stalls.

  • High Quality Produce

    We are a family owned and operated farm, situated in the Neumgna district in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and the Stony Creek district.

    We raise quality pasture-fed lamb and beef, as well as free-range pork and poultry, using regenerative agricultural practices.
