Whole or Halved, bone-in wood-smoked leg ham. Hams are cured and cooked.  Hams are priced at $29/kg, total cost will be invoiced and provided 1 week prior to delivery. Full payment must be made prior to delivery. Payment details will be emailed separately.

Two Delivery date options - Second week of December or Third week of December. Please select at check-out.

We do our best to ensure that your produce is delivered at the next scheduled delivery date, however, from order to delivery takes approximately 2 weeks.     Firebreak Farm provides a range of pasture-raised meats, including lamb, pork, and beef. Our lamb and beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, with no use of chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. Our heritage pigs roam and forage freely on our pastures, they live their life outside, never locked up and free from stalls.

    We are a family owned and operated farm, situated in the Neumgna district in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and the Stony Creek district.

    We raise quality pasture-fed lamb and beef, as well as free-range pork and poultry, using regenerative agricultural practices.
