10 kilograms of our grass-fed and finished beef.

Our cattle are born and raised on our farm. We use a rotational grazing model which balances the animal's nutrition requirements with the demand on our pasture. We want the best for our animals and our soil and that's what our model achieves.

All of our packs are a selection of cuts delivered in cryovac bags in manageable portion sizes. This makes the packs easy to keep fresh or freeze for later. We believe in using the whole animal which is why we can’t guarantee the exact cuts in each box. What we can guarantee is the quality of our produce and how much you will enjoy our grass-fed beef.

Our 10 kg pack's are made up of a selection of the following cuts:

  • Rolled Roasts - Rib and Topside
  • Mince
  • Thick Sausages
  • Corned Silverside
  • Brisket
  • A selection of steak packs from the following:
    • Round
    • Eye Fillet
    • Rib Fillet
    • Rump
    • Y-Bone
    • T-Bone
    • Diced Steak
    • Blade

Please note the box will contain a selection of these cuts and make up 10kg.

    Firebreak Farm provides a range of pasture-raised meats, including lamb, pork, and beef. Our lamb and beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, with no use of chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. Our heritage pigs roam and forage freely on our pastures, they live their life outside, never locked up and free from stalls.

  • High Quality Produce

    We are a family owned and operated farm, situated in the Neumgna district in the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and the Stony Creek district.

    We raise quality pasture-fed lamb and beef, as well as free-range pork and poultry, using regenerative agricultural practices.
